I’ve been a loyal customer for 10 years and have always appreciated the professionalism and kindness of the staff, particularly the lady. However, during my visit on 7/30/25 around 4:30 PM, I had an unusual experience. The young employee working at the time was unprofessional and impolite. There was a car ahead of me, and he refused to service my truck, stating there wasn’t enough time. This was disappointing, as it’s not the standard I’ve come to expect from this business.
Quick and easy, walk ins and no appointments needed. So much better than a repair shop since this is all they do
