A change was needed after 13 yrs at my previous agency I went out on Faith, and I recently started working for State Health care for a few months now, I can actually see myself growing with this agency. I’m not It stressed out like I was at my previous Agency I’m not getting calls every other day if a mistake is made it’s not put on the aides, State will call you and will help figure out any issues there may be, the staff makes sure our needs are meet and we are Happy, but most of all I’m Stressed Free🥰
