Beware of this company. They filed a false claim against our carrier after delivery. We delivered the load in clean condition and maintained the required temperature of 35°F continuously throughout transit. The company even requested and received the reefer download records, which clearly showed that the temperature was maintained properly for the entire trip. This place is the worst. If you don't want any unpleasant surprises, check your confirmation carefully, and if it's this location, cancel immediately. We delivered a load here and were later told that one pallet out of the 30 pallets had arrived frozen. We went to the office to ask for an explanation, especially since other drivers we know had experienced similar issues at this location. Very bad experience with State Garden Incorporated. Be careful before working with them. After the load was unloaded successfully, they suddenly placed a cargo claim without proper justification. We provided POD, tracking, and all required documents, but still faced payment issues. It also seems that some brokers are cooperating with them in delaying or avoiding carrier payments.
