What a joke of a company. I paid off two different loans with them in the past. Tried to get a loan again for my taxes and they need two pieces of mail to verify where I live? I live in the same house when I got the other two loans. Do not go there, they changed staff and they are very rude.
To start they where very nice when taking my application a week ago, yes a week ago. When I called to try and find out info in regards to my loan app they where not near as nice and seemed very frustrated and all out rude. I then received an email telling me that my loan was approved to call and make arrangements to pick up my check. Well I tried and again was given attitude and them wanting more info... called corporate which was useless because she tried to explain to me how me calling it a payday loan was an insult... of ... read more
