I have been Calling them for the past 2 days no answer! I will be switching Agents Like TOday, Also my monthly Rate changes every month for no reason Bad serviceee
This office charged me double the rate two dates after Christmas because my insurance rate changed when my auto policy renewed back in October. Yet they charge me the “new” rate two month later because a form was not signed. A form I never got yet they said they emailed it. They take their time to call me to offer life insurance but don’t take their time to follow up on the form. Great job!
Never answers the phone. I will switch to another agent or switch my insurance company.
Terrible agent, they don't return calls promptly, always have to leave a voicemail. They forgot to apply discounts to my policy. Use another agent.
