I wish -5 stars was an option. Tom Randall has no loyalty toward his clients and customers. After 26 years of timely payments to Tom and State Farm, they decide to not re-new my policy. My property is exactly the same as it was 26 years ago and there is no logic to this heinous decision. Tom's cavalier attitude was frankly deplorable! Tom's moral compus is quite questionable.
