Susan, Samantha, and her team provide outstanding customer service and are always willing to go the extra mile to ensure our needs/requests are met. I've used State Farm for years and have had a wonderful experience working with Samantha and Susan. I recently got married and my husband switched to State Farm and they made our process of combining our home and auto insurances so seamless. My business and some of my personal items are also insured with them and again, they made the process very simple and it gives us such peace of mind. Huge bonus is that our rates are significantly lower working with State Farm.
