When calling to try and start the claims process, the agent was rude and constantly speaking over me. When this was brought up she stated I was upset and that she was going to end the call. If I did not already have State Farm coverage during the time of the incident I would be canceling. My local offices have been wonderful, but dealing with the those that handle their calls here has been a rude and unproductive experience.
