I hope that in the near future State Farm’s executives and shareholders replace these lazy, rude, and unprofessional employees with AI systems. Many companies are already successfully using AI technology, and State Farm should seriously consider doing the same. There is little value in relying on employees who appear unwilling to help customers. I was involved in an accident on June 3, and my vehicle has been sitting damaged in front of my house ever since. I have been unable to work, and I have been unable to take my daughter, who has a severe disability, to her medical treatments. All of this is because of State Farm’s failure to handle my claim properly.
