Absolute failure in basic customer service. Do not recommend. I am beyond frustrated with the lack of professional support from State Farm. I manage commercial accounts and simply needed to update a mailing address and contact number—a process that should take five minutes. Instead, it turned into an administrative nightmare. Claim 53-90F7-93J Complaint TDI 451983 ​I was a State Farm customer until September 11, 2025—a day that became my "second birthday." Another vehicle slammed into mine at high speed.
