I worked for State Farm. Im flabbergasted how this agent manages her business. Worst agency Ive ever interacted with. Mind boggling how Nicole cannot contact her clients, somehow she is too busy for a simple phone call. Do not expect service from this agent. She runs her office like you bought geico insurance. You're nothing but a number. If youre looking for an agent to help and represent you, then look for an actual State Farm agent

Extremely unprofessional and frustrating experience. I had been a loyal State Farm customer for years, with minimal claims, but was dropped from coverage due to claims from other family members. I accepted that and we canceled our policy and moved on--only to be charged afterward through autopay (which we were never guided on how to turn off and was not accessible through my online account). Recently it has been quite a horrible experience. I have been with them for at least 15 years as a loyal customer and dealt personally with Nicole Williams but I have reached my limit on how horrible this place has become. Called multiple times to get an explanation of the extreme increase on my policy (OVER 200%) with no communication. Agent is never in the office or reachable and there’s super high turnover. It’s a new person passing us off every time we reach out about our rates increasing again and again and are always told it’s just rate changes and no one ever seems to be able to answer our questions. A lot of run around and not caring. We switched to a different agent in the area and the difference is night and day.
