Beth gets five stars all around. She is the reason we switched to State Farm a few years ago and is the reason we are still there. She always helps me, explains things, gets things fixed—all the things. Really and truly one of the best to work with. She goes out of her way to make sure things are done. This office would not be the same without Beth!
Can not reach staff and especially not agent by email, phone, and/or website. After waiting a month for a response and no follow up after 5-6 attempts moved to another agent who immediately engaged in a professional manner.
Awesome staff and insurance company
Horrible Agent’s office; lack of communication, lack of empathy but happy to take your money. My mom canceled all of her policies with them and went elsewhere.
They’re cool and all, but like, I got me a new car, paid for the month on the insurance, like, $180ish or so, then get back on my app almost a month later, the app says I owe $700, have called them multiple times to have it fixed, but apparently I have to call on my due date now, and pay that way. Terrible customer service.
