This office has really gone down hill over the last 4mth. I have a really hard time getting them to answer the phone or my voicemails. I have told them to take my daughter off my plan for 2 mths and they have continued to charge me for her coverage. Beyond frustrated with this office. It’s a shame, I have been with them for 28yrs.
Good agent at FL i like easy contracts State farm is number one.
