If I could give zero stars I would. Save yourself stress and frustration, not to mention money. Go with any other agency before you waste your time on this agency. From agents not doing their jobs, to not notifying clients of issues via call or text, to not being accountable, keep the safety of your home, car and whatever you need insured with anyone else besides this office. This place is very clean. The entire staff is friendly, and Gabby, the one that assisted me, was able to get me affordable full coverage insurance on my vehicle. I highly recommend it.
