I called Mr. Shoffner's office to file a claim concerning a chip in my windshield. Stefanie answered and within seconds had my policy looked up and started the claim process. She said she would get in touch with a repair service and have them contact me to schedule the repair. The provider didn't contact me for over 24 hours and Stefanie checked in with me to see if they had. I usually deal mostly with Courtney Tatum. She is so sweet and polite. I have mostly dealt on some level with most of the ladies in the office, everyone is professional and courteous. Courtney is a real pro. She's informed and really knows her stuff.
