I had the extreme pleasure of working with Avery today to resolve some issues that I was very unclear on she was able to explain them in greater detail so that I understood the processes and did not get frustrated with the understanding. She then went above and beyond to make sure that I was okay after a minor fender bender and offer to assist with that issue as well she is truly an asset to the offices of Manchester Michigan
