I'm not sure what the purpose of having a State Farm agent is. I was recently rear ended in Troy, AL. The other driver was at fault. The Troy Police Department won't send me the accident report via email but they said they can email it to my insurance agent. Great news. I could just have my agent contact them and get the accident report emailed to them. I thought they would at least do that.
