I have been with Kurt for about 10 years, homeowners, auto and my business insurance. Any time I need anything Kelly take care of it quickly,she is awesome to work with.
At first it was great. I enjoyed talking to Kurt and he was very helpful and engaging. I also Helped my whole family join statefarm and we helped them save by reducing almost half of what they used to pay. Now with my 2nd new insurance policy slated to start next month, the price has more than doubled without any help to reevaluate to reduce the costs. Twice Attempted to reach out to kurt but no response. I do not recommend
Kurt and each and every staff member have always been so helpful and kind over the many years that I have held auto and home insurance with State Farm. They are always quick and very polite whenever I have a question or need assistance with my insurance policies. I highly recommend their office! Thank you to all!
I would like to take a moment to recognize and share that after 22 years of being insured by state farm, I finally found an agent, who goes above and beyond, follows through and follows up with every little need/question/concern i have asked and even sent me mailing labels for the holiday season, all while juggling life outside of business matters.
