The first year I had homeowners insurance via this agency, my premiums were 1672 dollars a year. I have had no claims, no changes. Last year, my rate increased to 2415 dollars. This year it increased again, another 400+ dollars to 2775. In 3 short years, my insurance premium has essentially doubled. My coverage however has not changed at all.
