All I can say is positive things about this agency specifically and St. Farm in general. Not only do the people in this office care they get back to me quickly with the information I need. In fact they have helped me greatly during a time my car broke down and AAA was not able to provide roadside assistance. I called this office and within an hour a tow truck showed up and helped me. Was having trouble figuring out insurance for my truck and I have to say Katie was absolutely amazing and answered every single one of my questions and there was a lot! If you are trying to do something new with your insurance I would definitely recommend asking for Katie when you call!!
Update: Angel is STILL amazing! 2022: My agent, Angel Pollard is truly amazing! She just responded to my email in about 30 seconds!!! She was one of 2 agents in the state that contacted me after I had been online getting auto insurance quotes. She was NOT pushy, she just let me know that she was available to help.
