Kathleen was absolutely fantastic! We recently switched from one of the big-name insurance competitors, and honestly, I’m kicking myself for not doing it sooner. She knew exactly what we needed, got it all set up seamlessly, and saved us money in the process. If you’re just looking for a talking gecko, stick with the other guys—but if you want real expertise, this is the way to go!
They will work with you and make it happen. Very Customer service oriented and has followed up when I made changes to see if what I needed is working for me, I have always paid 6 months, and I was waiting for my SSA check to hit and during this time I couldn’t make that payment and they were able ti work with me so that I didn’t lose coverage most insurance companies don’t do that
