Had an ongoing issue regarding my rental policy. My rental company kept declining my policy and charging me. I got in touch with Chris Williams who was eager to help me. Not only was he kind and knowledgeable, it felt as though he was genuinely interested in helping me accomplish what I needed to. He went above and beyond to help me fix the issue immediately. He also followed up to see if it worked out on the other end. I was very impressed and will be happy to work with him again in the future!
