Coming into my second year with State Farm coverage for home, personal umbrella and personal articles insurance through Josh London's agency. I find them responsive, informative, and concerned with my satisfaction. No hard sell on anything, and I challenged them last year. This year's renewals were reasonable, the one that wasn't (personal umbrella) was explained satisfactorily to me by Josh. I called with some questions on my Home insurance policy. Chris was very helpful explaining my policy coverages for different issues that could come up. Very informative.
Chris is new and an excellent compliment to the excellent team of Kathleen and Gabby with Josh London. His past State Farm experience is most knowledgeable from Oregon State Farm and fires. He is quick to evaluate a range of replacement costs/ SF in the region and look at an endorsement of Specified Additional Amt of Cov A which one might have for a 25 % additional Amt to Cov A. Most reassuring and checks to see you are not over or under insured. Take a video and pictures for inventory!
