Great Insurance Agent – I have had ALL my policies with John Sullivan for nearly 20 years and there could NOT be a better agent anywhere! He always looks after his customers and goes to bat for them. He and his staff are true professionals, and they will always have my business!
Like a good neighbor Statefarm is there with an attitude. – This was the worst experience I've had with Customer Service and professionalism. They lost track of my payments and when I asked them about it they made it seem like I was crazy. Jennifer my rep had an attitude about the entire situation, after I provided my banking statements, no apology nothing just oh we were wrong, which they claim they adjusted (something they had to go thru someone to get done) and it was still incorrect. Amazing service with Genuine Results – Ever since i bought my new car, State Farm has been there for me every step of the way. Not only did they give me a rate less than HALF of everybody else, their renters insurance is also a huge deal. The staff at the Matthews location is very knowledgeable, always kind, and will do whatever they can to keep me happy. I highly recommend this location
