I have been so impressed with the service, professionalism and compassion Lori provided me after the passing of my cousin. So far it’s been Great! Good communication and help on the best policies. The last insurance company had no communication or even acted as if they cared I know it’s a business and it’s their job but when people show compassion and at least try to help it makes the customer connection so much better! Top tier customer service thus far I just started I pray it continues!
