Unresponsive/not replying to emails & voicemails. This wasn’t how the office was in early 2000s, but now it has declined from 5 stars to 3 stars.
I needed insurance for an ATV and my account representative Jennifer went out of her way to answer questions and help obtain insurance. I've been doing business with this office for a long time and highly recommend their services.

In over 30 years of having insurance, State Farm has been the best choice I've ever made. In that time, Jodi Schoenlank and her agents routinely exceed all expectations in providing service, friendly and easy to work with, not to mention their knowledge and expertise. When friends and family ask me for a recommendation of which Insurance to get (Auto, Homeowners, Umbrella, Personal Article Policies) State Farm is always at the top of the list.
They claimed my car was a total loss simply because my wheel was pushed back by hitting a curb, they are lazy and do not care about their customers. Not to mention my family has been with them for over 30 years and they still had us paying an expensive amount for car insurance. What a disgrace this company is!!
