After 3 phone calls and 20 days. I have yet to experience any customer service from Jeff's office regarding my claim for damages incurred during the March 10th hailstorm. I've been ghosted.
They never answer the phone. They never have any answers for any questions. Sounds like they don’t know very much very overpriced.
My agent Adriana Velázquez is the best, super attentive, punctual and always available for me. She's really good at her job!
