I've had a great experience working with the Jeff Zigmant agency! I've been a customer for a few years and I've always had a smooth interaction when I've had questions or requests to make changes to my policy. I just recently worked with Ariana and she was fantastic and very communicative on what I needed to do to process my request and helped with all questions I had, without issue! Dot was very helpful handling the matter I called about. In fact Dot called my apartment got the needed information and faxed it the company. She called me back telling me it was all handled. Excellent customer service, very very helpful.
