I tried to change the address on several policies and it changed all our policies including our children’s. I emailed Jeff and it was accurately and quickly corrected. He has been very good to work with, very responsive and careful with detailed information. He also took care of removing a car we had sold and dated it to the actual sale date so we didn’t overpay for a vehicle we didn’t own anymore.
