My MB GLC300 4matic suv broke down in Newark and needed a tow to the Mercedes-Benz dealership in Fremont, and George Britz (from State Farm insurance) helped me out on processing the claim in order to get reimbursed for the tow truck bill. He was very thorough and explained the process to me and what I needed to do in order to get the claim processed and approved. I’ve been with the Jason Stefely office since 1998 and they’ve always been amazing to work with. Super friendly, helpful, and reliable anytime I’ve needed them. After all these years, I can honestly say they make everything easy and stress-free.
The service provided was quick and complete. He was polite and knowledgeable and helped me get the coverage I needed at a great price. GK Kaur from Jason''s office tracked down the multiple policy (from two different states) to verify that I had substantial refund due from our previous payments on homeowners insurance. She worked for nearly a month with the State Farm home office and found that I should have been receiving the discount going back to 2023. She is truly amazing and we are SO grateful! -Kim Kelly
I have been with Statefarm for over 40 years. First, started with Dennis Whittaker until his retirement. And now after the transition with Jason Stefely and with some of the old crew and now some new faces such as Gk Kaur mostly and George on occasions.
