Very kind nice and personal. I don't like the drive safe and save program or discount it never seems to work right. I also don't recommend doing auto payments with them pay on your own with a debt card. Overall it has been way better then my horrible experience with liberty mutual and I'm glad I switched. Check rates before you get a new car beacuse they will go up.
