I have been doing business with this Fernandina branch of State Farm for the past 15.5 years. Very helpful & easy to work with.
I have been with Roy Byrd Insurance. The employees are always eager to help. I usually deal with one person but if she is busy or not there the other employees always step in to help. It's a small town feel in this office. So glad we chose them. Such personable people.
Jackie is terrific! She is so very patient, nice and helpful. She helped us with addressing and answering all of our questions, and educating us on FL policies, giving us additional guidance and information.
