I don’t have this insurance rep - however it was overheard yesterday from him talking out loud at Gondolier with a group - saying if you can’t speak English then he will send you to another local agency - also making comments about how people attempt to use their phones to help translate. Sounds fitting for the small town mindset. Stop wasting time and money on people who don’t deserve it.

I've always been a customer and had amazing service up until now! I've had to submit two claims and Linda was anything but nice, here lately her customer serive skills have been anything but pleasant!
They always seem to go out of their way make sure I understand, have any documentation that I need, and are available. While there are several staff members, don't be suprised if Mike Bryant himself answers the phone. They have each other's backs and mine, too!
