I had my insurance with Bob Pitman for 25+ years so was cautiously optimistic when the transition to Jeremy Mathis occurred. I won't say there weren't some bumps initially when getting to know the new office staff, but they were very nice and tried hard to get up to speed with knowledge and procedure quickly. State Farm rates combined with top notch service is what sells me in a very competitive environment. Jeremy's staff answers the phone and gets back to you timely. No complaints here!
