This office is great and so fast with answering my questions and helping me make changes to my policy! Tammy is wonderful and so knowledgeable!
I have been unable to pay my bill in the app after years of doing so. Nobody in the office seems able to help me nor am I able to pay online. I'll be looking elsewhere for insurance especially after my rate went up. This is ridiculous.
I have had to change agents within the State Farm family. Very disappointed with this agent and office. Never receive a return phone call. Never can get a straight answer. I was told that my student discounts were added months ago only to find out that they were never done. Went with a new agent and have learned that my policy has not been done properly. I feel like this agency is like the Wizard of Oz. Do not know if they really exist. My advice, look for another agent in the area
