I used to enjoy going in to pay my bill. It's unfortunate that Chad past away. I loved chatting with him. Now this new agency has taken over he isn't friendly & I'm not happy with the change in staff. The other ladies that were there when Chad ran it were sweet. It's not right these ladies had to lose their job. I will probably change agents.
Incompetence probably originated from corporate but the way the local branch handled it was lazy at best.
WORST!!!!!!! I had a not at fault accident. The woman who pulled out in front of me, had no insurance. So I had to make the claim on my insurance. And Chad Clayton is saying that I had a liability policy, BS! I had the best full coverage I could get. He said I denied the only coverages I needed, ( uninsured motorists and personal injury protection). Way to screw a loyal customer Chad! You have made my life a pain. I will forever down your branch.
