After almost a decade with Brad Latting's office, they have screwed up for the last time. From Courtney to Juanita to whatever incompetent woman they have working there now...PLUS the useless KID at the front desk, I'm throwing my hands up in the air and walking away. Tomorrow I begin the process of getting quotes from other companies and moving my policies. I am tired and just plain fed up with the LACK of knowledge and customer service that is the NORM in this office. I should have left them years ago.
I don't know how you got my number but i don't want you to call me ever again. It's none of your business what insurance i and my husband have. When i tell you were happy with ours you should of just hung up.
