Just....don't! I had the worse home insurance claim disaster with them. Literally rain and snow coming in through my roof, and they didn't send an agent to come access the damage, or provide any emergency funding. And just to top it off - even though I canceled my home insurance, they still managed to accidently charge me another whole year!
