If I could only give him zero stars..... Steve Williams is by far the worst agent I have ever had to deal with. His office changed the coverage on my auto insurance without notifying me. Then I was in an accident and not as covered as I was and now I'm stuck with $4,000 dollars in medical bills. When contacting the office they told me someone should have notified me and they are sorry but there is nothing they can do. Horrible company. I've had them since 2013 and nothing but problems. Charging me for things that are supposed to be canceled. Refuse to work with me at all on rates and for how long I've been with them and never filed a claim. I was paying $86 for a 1990 towncar with the lowest insurance 3 years ago. Now in 2016 with a 1995 f150 and the same amount of insurance they want to try and charge me $170. Ya right. Also I never sign up for any automatic pay. Never. And all of a sudden they said I did. Steve Williams does not provide good customer service. His office places selling you more insurance first, and explaining your coverage and the reason for rates change last. Emails requesting information are delegated to staff, and they are not properly trained to provide the kind of in-depth explanations necessary to make an informed decision. There are many insurance agents you can choose. State Farm is not the worst, but you can do better than Steve Williams.
