Nine out of ten times they don't answer the phone. They don't return calls, they don't respond to emails. I honestly don't think anyone is in the office. They are probably working from home and haphazardly respond to requests for information if they respond at all. I'm not surprised at all of the bed reviews.

Terrible service here. Went thru the entire process, they never called back. Then they said 'we are not accepting new customers'. Why did they waste my time ?
