I dread talking to customer service individuals, but today I had an awesome experience working with Cindy Carrol on some changes to our policy! Rarely do you smile through whole conversation and after you hang up when dealing with phone customer service. So pleasant and helpful, and even understanding about toddlers I had loudly in background! definitely recommend!
I have been with Dave Mumma State Farm for as long as I can remember. They are always very helpful and responsive when I have questions or must make changes to our policies. They were also super helpful with providing guidance for our son in getting his auto insurance and renters insurance set up for his move to Virginia. Sarah is absolutely the best! :)
