Called 3 times 2 different days no answer. Submitted a request form. Still waiting on a response. I can’t even say poor customer service there wasn’t any service.
I’ve reached via phone and email for service and no one bothers to get back to you. I’ve had to transfer my business to a VERY responsive agent. Zero customer service and I have even emailed the agent directly….sad.
The worst can't never get no one one the phone. Looks like I'm going to find a new agent.
They literally never answer the phone.
Do not bother going with this office. A couple years ago you couldnt get anybody to even pick up the phone. They hired a few people after that time and it was okay for a short period of time. Now theyre right back to where they were. Been calling for two weeks and cant get anybody on the phone.
