I should have listened to my first instinct with this location. The first time I called to switch my out of state insurance over to a branch here in Kansas the woman answered and never took me off speaker phone. Just continue to talk to me and hold a conversation awkwardly over speaker phone. So unprofessional. Then she emailed me and the email looked like a sixth grader composed it.
