Second time since buying a home in 2013 using this office that they have dropped our coverage. Both times were after damage was done to the roof. State Farm did very minimal to repair the roof when the area was hit by a massive hail storm in spring 2025. They would not meet with us nor the roofer when we filed a claim then and sent a measly check when every other house in the Orchard got brand new roofs from the damage. I should have listened to my first instinct with this location. The first time I called to switch my out of state insurance over to a branch here in Kansas the woman answered and never took me off speaker phone. Just continue to talk to me and hold a conversation awkwardly over speaker phone. So unprofessional. Then she emailed me and the email looked like a sixth grader composed it.
