Autumn has been amazing to work with through the transition of insurance with selling my car and buying a new one.
Always the best service and rates.
Spoke to an employee and updated a card number that they didn't bother to change. Policy got canceled and I didn't even get so much as a call. Now my policy has tripled and my license was suspended. I was calling them for an entire month to get an update on this policy and I never once heard from the office.
Brad, his general manager and the whole staff at the Navarre location are incredible! I'm never had such good insurance and customer service!!! State Farm FOREVER!
Have a homeowner's policy with them now, buying a second home and can't get them on the phone (or even to call back after the voicemails I've left them) to get a home owner's quote on the second home. Will be switching to another insurance provider immediately.
