No one calls back. People who answer the phone don’t have the knowledge required to do the job. Not a good experience.
I’m surprised you haven’t fired your entire team!! It is ridiculous how long it takes to get anything done at this place, being placed on hold for hours please bring back Esmerita or Ariel!!! what a waste of time
Terrible customer service. Promise to call back and never do. Took over 3 days just to get a binder for a new vehicle added to my policy. Needed a last minute change to the binder on a Friday to be able to finalize a purchase and called the office 30 minutes before they closed. They answered the phone and I explained about the change. Was put on hold for 30 minutes and than hung up on. Called several and they never picked up the phone again.
