Stopped in today to take care of some insurance issues. They have not plowed their driveway at all. When I asked what they were doing about it I was told “it’s our landlords to take care of”. Of course when I go to leave I get stuck. I guess my $600 per month in insurance payments can’t go towards snow removal. I also guess they can blame their landlord and not themselves when I switch insurance companies?
The people are rude, customer service is non existent they give you a quote and then they change it without talking to you. I have talked other people who feel the same way about this office ran by Anne Brigham they were treated rudely. They have no commutation, they do not return calls. My wife and I left and went to Dale Roberts.
