We were having a difficult time trying to have the decision a State Farm adjustor made regarding our claim overturned. My contractor had sent supporting documentation to this adjustor for over 3 months to no avail. I contacted your office regarding this issue. Brianne promptly called me. I explained my dilemma to her. Every step of the way, she informed me of her progress. She followed up weekly. She is very professional and made me feel that I mattered.
