Andre Pendleton's State Farm Office is one of the best in service! Jerry Crombly addressed my issue with speed and efficiency, as I called him near the end of my lunch break -- on the phone 5-8 minutes -- problem solved!!! C. Johnson
I wish we had, but, unfortunately have not received the excellent and quick response service, everyone else has stated in their reviews. Mr. Pendleton was pleasant and professional to speak with, the two times I spoke with him, since transferring our policies to his office; however, he always referred me to Jerry, who usually text and a couple of times called to tell me he would get back with me, but days and weeks later, no communication.
