I’ve been with State Farm for 3 years now, and I absolutely love their service! The staff are always so friendly, helpful, and genuinely care about their customers.
We called the office today for help making our payment, which was overdue by our mistake. Kandace helped us with the payment and she helped us set up auto pay and she stayed on the phone while I did the steps. All is taken care of. I love working with these people.
Our credit card which was used for State Farm autopay for several accounts was compromised and locked causing some payments to be rejected while we were on vacation. Called State Farm and Carrie made it easy to get everything updated and was able to waive each of the $25 late fees. Carrie and everyone else I've dealt with there are always VERY helpful and knowledgeable.
The team was very aware of changes that needed to be made to my policy in order to save me money. I appreciated their proactive approach.
