My wife and I have worked with Adrian for years now. He is always there to answer the phone and help us with whatever we need… even answering a simple question. He is so dependable, friendly, helpful, and is always striving to find us the best deal possible for our home and auto insurance. I highly highly recommend him. He knows exactly what he’s doing and he does it well! It’s great in this day and age to have a real person and someone who knows you and remembers you and not just some cold AI.
I really appreciate the responsiveness by this office particularly when you speak to a REAL person without having to listen to some menu and hopefully make correct selection. Also very nice that there isn’t a bot you have to deal with!
