If you have State Farm - I'll pray for you because it's gonna take an intervention from Jesus to get them to process your claim correctly. I have been fighting with them for 5 months and still have no resolution. Each phone call and email is a different excuse, a different code they're using,etc but they will literally never email you anything in writing no matter how many times you ask for it. I am shocked they're still in business at all but I definitely can't wait to drop them and get my life back.
I filed a claim . Jan 06, 2023 . The claim was closed out on September 20 , 2023 . I didn't sign off . I never approved the work . It wasn't complete . My belongings weren't put in a pod . They became a open Flea market . Distraught .worried . Not sleeping . I had a bad wreck .Some body needs to know. SERVPRO AND STATE FARM destroyed my life .
