Former AAA customer that REALLY regrets switching to statefarm for auto insurance. AAA is worth the extra money for the superb customer service. Statefarm does NOT have any sense of urgency to investigate the claim when your car is damaged and is a sad runner up. Spoke to a rude claims phone agent named Tekoah when I asked for an adjusters name and an update on my auto claim when a man dented my passenger door.
