Customer service is severely lacking, MARCUS
I had the absolute worst experience with State Farm. The claims adjuster Reggie Latham denied my claim without any facts from a contractor. He then did not respond to my calls for 3 weeks as I wanted to ask clarifying questions regarding the denial. The only way I was able to get a response call from him was through my actual agent having to contact his manager multiple times. He called with a vengeance attitude saying the claim is denied and there is nothing that will be covered without further explanation. I asked to speak... read more
