I am not happy with the claims department. I just got a call from claims and they're not covering all of my roof replacement. This is my first fire claim and I'm already getting jerked around. I'm not happy with whoever I spoke with. EV7O is his alias. He said he can't get me to a manager which is ridiculous. I can't believe this. This is a beautiful complex! I liked seeing all the history and amenities for their employees. The Christmas Mingle was very enjoyable as well. Thank you!

Claims is AWFUL. A storm/lightning took out my ac. Filed a claim Record heat with high humidity for the weeks following the storm. Took over a over a week simply to get an inspector from HVACI scheduled. (which required persistent follow ups from me) Almost another week for him to show up. Was told I couldn't repair or replace my ac until it was inspected. I continued to wait and sweat. Waited another 5 days for them to deny my claim.
