I have been a customer with State Farm for over 40 years, I came to Mark about 4 years ago, I had headed out of a road trip a few weeks ago and my vehicle broke down. I had to call the office and had the pleasure of working with Susan, she was extremely compassionate, she kept in constant communication with me until my situation was resolved. Mark and Susan are amazing. Thank You for all your assistance.
Marks office has been quick to respond and courteous. I like the fact that I was given my options and not pressured when I denied that particular addition to my policy.
