We have been banking at this branch for many years! We have received excellent service every time. The tellers always greet you before and after your transaction. You are always greeted at the reception. Special mention to Landon and Pretty for always answering our questions for our mortgage loan. Every staff member is always helpful.
En las sucursales de SECU se encuentran servicios bancarios, la atención al cliente es excelente y rápida. Tienen muchas sucursales por lo que se puede llegar al local más cercano con facilidad. En las oficinas de la matriz no existe atención al público para servicios bancarios. Me encanta SECU.
I had the worst experience with the Branch manager Nick he was very rude too me even using profanity towards me after I attempted to cancel a cashier check of there’s he became very unprofessional and very disrespectful. I wanna close my account that’s how bad it was I’ll NEVER use this branch and DONT purchase no cashier check I loss a 5500 cashier check I reported it stole. They still cashed it and took the money out my account NICK you bring the branch down and I’ve also file a complaint with the attorney general office
The ATM is always out of order or not completing transactions correctly at Louisburg Road SECU.
The service is great at the drive thru windows. The ATM was out of service when I was there.
