The service is great at the drive thru windows. The ATM was out of service when I was there.
Been a member since l moved back to Raleigh in 2004. Seen friendly staff come and go. Experienced positive and negative changes. Overall a great bank.
I hate this bank. They are not helpful. They are rude I got scammed for fake insurance and they made me wait 20 days to file a complaint. Then it took 3 more weeks before I got the money back when they told me 7 to 10 business days. After asking if I wanted my card cut off and me saying no bc it was not fraud it was an accidental purchase the lady did it anyways. I was not aware so I had some groceries and went to pay for them and my card was declined I was so embarrassed. Stuff always happens with this bank. Just some advic... read more
