Shout out to the the nighttime cleaner who that watched me pray in my car for like 30 minutes straight thank you for that.
Staff member named Amy Felton had attitude towards me and other customers who were doing simple things like taking out cash. She tried to be sassy about my first name even tho I go by my middle names and was almost belittling. The male in there tho I don’t quite catch his name was amazing and has some of the best consumer service I’ve seen in a long time
I gotta defend these folks from these low stars. I've been with this branch for many years. Always helpful. Tellers are great. Financial advice. Loans too. And last year I lost my dad. As he lived in another state, I went with his bank for executor works. BofA. Boy that experience may me so appreciate my SECU. These folks are wonderful and I have always come away pleased.
